to Belgian law which consists of a syndicate of
private investors.
Life is unpredictable and markets even more.
We are neither bears, nor bulls. We just want to
make sensible investment decisions we can stick
to in any market condition. These are some of
our rules of thumb.
Money is abundant and business is booming,
but where? As abundant as money is, it is also
tight because everyone has lowered his threshold
considerably. As booming as business is, people
are getting very cautious and the hesitation
cycles are now into years.
Nevertheless there are still interesting
investment opportunities but you need pushers,
deal makers and sales people. They have to go to
them, present it on a silver platter, give them
a contract, make them sign and offer them the
pen. The more things change, the more they
remain the same.
